5 Alien Movies That’ll Keep You Wondering What’s Really Out There – Documentary Edition

We’re back at it, my friends, and this time we’re diving into some of my favorite alien documentaries. While you’re here, don’t miss the latest episode of The Spiritual Skeptic, where I dive into the story of Valiant Thor; an alleged extraterrestrial that visited Earth in 1957 with a plan to save humanity. Spoiler alert – it totally didn’t work out. Anywho, let’s dive in!

Extraordinary: The Seeding

Extraordinary: The Seeding is a documentary by j3FILMS all about Grey aliens. The film investigates abduction stories and thoroughly interviews alleged experiencers. It also explores the hybridization theory or the idea that Grey aliens used to abduct humans to co-create with us. You thinking what I’m thinking? HOT! Sorry, but to be fair, we were both thinking it. Jokes aside, this is a fairly dark documentary.

I actually had the chance to meet one of the experiencers featured in the documentary, Melinda Leslie, for a medium reading. It was awesome, but she certainly had some harrowing tales to share. Overall, it’s a fascinating documentary, but not for the faint of heart.

Encounters

Encounters is an epic Netflix series by Steven Spielberg, and if I had to recommend one episode, it would absolutely be, “Believers.” Believers explores the 1994 Ariel School encounter which is considered by many the single best evidence of extraterrestrial contact. And since you’re obviously wondering, the answer is yes, I discuss this documentary series in my podcast. TL;DR – Grey aliens landed at a South African elementary school during recess and communicated with students. Need I say more?

ET’s Among us 4: The Reality of ET/Human Hybrids

Yet another win for the attention-whore Greys with ET’s Among Us 4, a film that deeply explores the hybridization phenomenon. It also features the absolute GOAT- Barbara Lamb. Barbara is a pioneer in Ufology who is renowned for her work in regression therapy; a type of hypnosis that helps experiencers recall their extraterrestrial encounters.

Barbara also helped author a book called “Meet the Hybrids” all about theoretical, you guessed it Sherlock, hybrids. The film itself, like most passion projects in the UFO world, is a little scrappy in terms of production, but honestly, that adds to the charm.

I don’t even have to speculate—you must be wondering, and the answer is yes: I do discuss Barbara on my podcast, as I actually hired her for a regression session. Spoiler alert, I was not abducted by aliens, but it was still a fascinating experience.

Barbara is actually one of the few experts that tends to view alien contact in a more positive light, which I’ve always enjoyed. When we met, she told me the director gave her the mic and basically told her to say anything she wanted for the film. The result was an awesome exposé from a brilliant mind with a wealth of ET insight and experience.

Moment of Contact

Moment of Contact is a film by James Fox that explores a 1996 UFO crash in Varginha, Brazil; an event often called “The Roswell of Brazil.” What makes it especially compelling is that injured extraterrestrials were allegedly discovered at the crash site.

My favorite part? Thanks for asking, it’s probably when one of these aliens allegedly escaped. A week later, three terrified locals claimed they saw it, and they were even interviewed for the documentary. I know it’s hard to believe, an injured alien sneaking around Brazil, but since you clearly can’t stop wondering, the answer for the last time is yes—I will be digging into this story in a future podcast episode, stay tuned.

First Contact

First Contact is an eye-opening documentary that follows Darryl Anka. Darryl is a channeler which is a common term in Ufology where a person has the ability to connect with an extraterrestrial. You can think of channeling as an alien using a human like a ventriloquist’s puppet to communicate a message. Sounds insane, I know, but this documentary shows extensive footage of Darryl allegedly channeling an alien named Bashar. It’s a hard concept to believe and he could easily be faking it (as many do), but it’s a captivating documentary and Darryl is nothing less than a celebrity among the Ufology community.
