We were sitting at an upstairs table with martinis
A window overlooked City Lights Books and a small alleyway
There was a view of the bar below us, inside
I find you
in the cracks
of dreams
Just a sliver
fleeting
an echo
in the deep
I will see you
again
I will say:
Remember
and
Always
You will say:
Ravens
and
Whiskey
leather
tattoos
the heart
I say:
Nothing
and
Stutter
You say:
Always
and
Remember
