100-Word Film Review: Wall-E

Last week a friend mentioned that some people with anxiety like to watch the same movies over and over. I replied “Yes, that’s me! I definitely have comfort movies.” When asked what my main comfort movie was, I landed on the film “Wall-E”.

Wall-E is not only a masterpiece of visual storytelling, with a large chunk of the movie having no dialogue, but also a sweet love story between two robots and a hopeful tale of humanity’s undoing of the damage they’ve done to their planet. It is a movie that is worth repeated viewings.
