Beyoncé: Renaissance

What more can be said about Mrs. Beyoncé Knowles-Carter? She’s been a trailblazer in the music industry ever since the beginning of her music career. With every release, she continues to reinvent herself for new and old fans to tune in. After a six year break, Beyoncé returns with her seventh studio album, Renaissance, part one of a trilogy of albums to come.

Her marketing strategy for this album rollout was very traditional for the singer, a departure from her previous surprise releases she has been known to do during the 2010s. In the beginning of summer, she released the album’s first single, “Break My Soul”, a house infused track as the genre has become the trend for instrumentations in music as of late. This would be a great indication of the elements used for her latest album as all of the 16 songs on the project are meant to be played at clubs, parties and weddings. Beyoncé does very well of blending R&B, Hip-Hop & Pop into these dance tracks accompanied by her signature vocals.  House music has been reintroduced to the masses all throughout 2022 with artists like The Weeknd & Drake. Beyoncé effortlessly adds her body of work to the year as one of the standout albums to come out. Her music will be inescapable for the rest of the year as I’m sure it will be used across all of the social media platforms. You can listen to Renaissance on all music streaming platforms and click HERE for a surprise.
