While I know it isn’t
the Anime Music Videos’ fault,
I am still hammered & annoyed
that the few I comprehend
are funny & that the girl
who pours another round
says she’s straight & that I am cold,
colder than the alcohol
can buffer, like this stupid YouTube loop
from hell next to this lovely
untouchable person
on this brutal frozen night
that will, I hope,
someday make me laugh.
