So much depends
upon
memorizing some poem,
no rhymes,
by some genius
who thinks
a red wheelbarrow,
chickens
glazed with syllables
and rain
water (redundant?)
is woke,
is the cat’s pajamas.
Okay,
I’ll flunk.
