Spilled Stories Episode IV: Rebuttal
Your honor
I’ve been gathered here today
Sincerely against my will and I’m in a state of disarray
And to her dismay
The one thing I shall say
Is that before this day……
She was just a one night stand
Left the protection on the night stand
Something so utterly stupid that one night I can’t stand
Almost 365 days have went passed
No communication between then and now has surpassed
As most of it came from that one carnal encounter
With her trying to counter me with this child support case
Well I’m like water to her oil because I’ve seen to be displaced
But for the sake of the child
If its mine none the less
I do your honor swear that I will try and do my best
To make up for lost time
That’s the only I can do
There’s one thing your honor and that I ask of you
Can we do a paternity test to make this come to an end?
Because in my defense I’m in the position to only make amends
Spilled Stories Episode V: Verdict
Judge says….
Well I’ve come to a conclusion
I’ve got all the background I’ve needed
And you my dear are the character of all characters
You were plotting this whole time against the defendant
Hoping that his rising action leading up to his climax would leave his actions falling right into place
And you would have a baby 9 months later end of story
As for you sir
I hear what you’re saying
One good night
Didn’t want anything to come from it
But now you’re here in court
Blindsided by her intentions
But who is at fault….
I’m not the one to say
Because the most importance is to finding out if this child belongs to the defendant I have the papers right here with the results ……..
In the case of the child, the defendant is……..
NOT the father…….
